7. Drop-Off and Pick-Up

6. Pet Policies
Vaccinations:
Pets must be current on all required vaccinations (including Rabies) as per California state regulations. Proof may be requested prior to service.
Health Conditions:
Grooming may be declined if a pet’s health or age makes the procedure unsafe. Elderly or medically fragile pets may be refused at the groomer’s discretion.
Behavior and Aggression:
Barbergroom reserves the right to stop grooming at any stage if the dog behaves aggressively or poses a risk to the groomer, other pets, or itself.
Sedation:
Sedated pets are not accepted for grooming.
Allergies and Skin Reactions:
While high-quality professional grooming products are used, allergic or skin reactions may still occur.
Barbergroom is not responsible for unforeseen reactions if proper care and safety standards were followed.
Clients should inform staff of known allergies in advance.
Emergency Veterinary Care:
If a medical issue arises and the owner cannot be reached, the owner authorizes Barbergroom to:
Approve emergency veterinary care up to $500 without prior contact if the situation is urgent.
Assume full financial responsibility for all expenses and reimburse any emergency costs paid by Barbergroom.
Right to Refuse Service:
Barbergroom reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if the pet’s behavior or condition poses a safety risk to staff, other pets, or itself.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payment Methods: Cash, card, or bank transfer.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are issued only if a service is not provided due to the groomer’s decision, or if the client cancels within the 24-hour notice period.
Chargebacks:
The company reserves the right to provide documentation to banks regarding service delivery.
Unjustified chargebacks may be considered a violation of these Terms.
Price Changes:
Prices may change without prior notice. The most up-to-date pricing is always available on the website’s Prices page.
4. Appointments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm an appointment.
Cancellations:
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a 50% service charge.
Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty.
No-Shows:
Failure to appear for an appointment authorizes Barbergroom to retain the 50% prepayment as a penalty.
Tardiness:
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rebooked or canceled.
Reminders:
Appointment reminders are sent via SMS through MoeGo.
